We're seeking an experienced, proactive Personal Assistant to support a professional family in Woodinville. This is more than a task-oriented role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner who creates calm, brings organization to a busy household, and helps life run seamlessly.

**This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and managing the details that help busy professionals thrive. It is not designed for candidates seeking childcare, housekeeping-only, or entry-level administrative work.
Hours:
20 hours per week. The ideal client schedule is 10am-3pm four days a week. Client prefers Mondays and Fridays and are flexible on the other two days.
Compensation:
$28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.
Location
: Woodinville. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.
Start Date:
ASAP.
Role Description:
You'll support a busy professional family of five by managing household operations, maintaining organization systems, and anticipating needs before they're asked. Success in this role isn't measured by how many tasks you complete; it's measured by how seamlessly you help your client's life run.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and preparing meals
Grocery shopping and household errands
Laundry and wardrobe care
Creating and maintaining household organization systems
Daily household resets, dishes, and light household upkeep
Coordinating vendors and supporting home maintenance
Managing household projects and seasonal organization
Travel planning
While you'll be working in a family home, this position is focused on household management and personalized support. Childcare is not a responsibility of this role.
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable around cats.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate has experience in household management, executive assistance, hospitality, luxury service, or another client-focused profession and takes genuine pride in owning their work from start to finish.
You are warm, friendly, nonjudgmental, and emotionally intelligent. You are comfortable working in a neurodiverse household and understand that family life may include multiple therapies and appointments throughout the week. You are also comfortable around cats.
You are naturally proactive and self-directed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative without needing constant direction. You are dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities while becoming a trusted and valued part of the household.
