About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping others create unforgettable travel memories? We're expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, organized, and people-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Experience Representative.

In this position, you'll assist clients from the early planning stages through their completed reservations by offering travel guidance, researching vacation options, and coordinating important trip details. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy providing personalized service, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and budgets
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, guided tours, vacation packages, transportation, and sightseeing opportunities
  • Present customized travel recommendations based on each client's goals and preferences
  • Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and related travel services using approved booking platforms
  • Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure instructions
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with itinerary revisions, reservation updates, and special requests
  • Review travel reservations and documentation to help ensure all details are complete and accurate
  • Stay connected with travelers before departure by providing updates and answering questions
  • Maintain organized records of reservations, client communications, and travel details within company systems
  • Work with preferred travel suppliers and internal resources to deliver exceptional client support
  • Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development programs
