Partner with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Write compelling, SEO-optimized job advertisements for English-speaking talent in the United States and internationally. Requirements Native or fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role. Must have experience in recruitment — prior hands-on experience within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is a mandatory requirement. Must be able to invoice — candidates must operate as a freelance professional with the ability to issue invoices for services rendered. Must be able to follow a 1 day on site training in Los Angeles — attendance at our Los Angeles location for initial onboarding and training is required.
