Duties include but not limited to: Invoice analysis, curing of vendor submitted invoices, documents, issue a certificate of acceptance, forward to field supervisor of elevator mechanic for final review/amendments which confirms what work was and was not performed. Vendor outreach, email correspondence, phone communication, data storage, uploading invoices (share drive, spreadsheets, amended invoice tracker) physical copying & filing.
Minimum Qualifications: There are no formal educational or experience requirements for this position. There are certain medical and physical requirements.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Maximo and Oracle.
